Christina Dawn Eagle, B.S., Personal Trainer |

Christina Eagle received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College, and has been a Personal Trainer, Fitness
Instructor, and Nutrition Counselor for over 20 years. Over the past 30 years, she has competed at National and International
levels in Track, Canicross running, BodyBuilding, and Martial Arts.
Welcome to Body By Design! Whatever your 2011 personal fitness goals are, one of my personalized
fitness and nutrition programs can help you! Christina offers:

Christina has been training clients in their homes, at numerous YMCA's, in Commercial, Military, and
Corporate (Pro-Fitness/HEALTHSOUTH) fitness centers throughout New England since 1991. She takes a very individualized
approach, and considers all the factors that play a part in your success, including body type, daily activity levels, current
fitness level, health issues, motivational techniques, age, past injuries, meal planning, and competition goals if they apply.
It is important to stay motivated and get results, so your personal fitness plan will be broken down into both short and long
term goals that are attainable.

Personal Training Philosophy
Body By Design is a leader in totally customized online personal training programs. My programs
are personally designed for each individual client by an experienced, certified, professional personal trainer. I do
NOT give our clients computer-generated programs or make them design their own workout plans. Body By Design ensures
you the highest level of personalization so you truly have your very own personal trainer.
Christina has been training clients in their homes, at numerous YMCA'a, Commercial, and Corporate fitness
centers(Pro-Finess/HEALTHSOUTH) since 1995. She takes a very individualized approach, and consideras all the factors
that play a part in your success, including body type, daily activity levels, current fitness level, health issues, motivational

After you join Body By Design, you will receive (via email) a welcome packet that includes a basic health history
questionnaire (the ParQ), a personal fitness goals questionnaire and a Food Diary Log (if membership includes Nutrition
Counseling). All your personal information will be kept in the strictest confidence, and will be used to evaluate and
develop your individualized Fitness Plan contoured to help you attain your personal short and long term goals.
Christina's Accomplishments
Christina doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk. She has a variety of
Athletic Accomlishments under her belt, which include All Natural Champion Bodybuilder, Martial Arts practic and competition,
and World Champion competitive running. She was a New England Champion 800m runner (PR time: 2:15), 400 m runner (:59
PR), 400m Hurdler (;61 PR), and Canicross World Champion with mile times averaging 5:30-5:45 in most competitions. She
would love to put her motivational strategies and physiological training expertise to work for you!

Nutrition Counseling
Our meal and snack choices play a HUGE part in our success. Even with the best fitness plan in the world,
a person will attain miminal success if the foods they are eating don't provide adequate ratio's of fat, calories,
protein, and carbs. From her Nutrition studies in college, and through many years of successful all natural body-building,
Christina has developed many special tricks to help overcome a variety of "cravings" that tend to sabatage our diet.
By implementiong these special "tricks" you can overcome barriers that have limited you in the past. Programs
that include a Nutrition Consultation will receive a full Professional Analysis of your diet, and will receive meal planners
to help you eat for success.
