Body By Design offers a variety of Personalized Fitness Plans, and can be customized to meet each clients individual needs.

Unlike some currrent "Coaching" or "Training" programs, Body By Design does not limit you to one particular "brand" of fitness.  Instead, Personal Trainer Christina Eagle incorporates the methods accepted and recommended by the Nationally recognized:

AMERICAN COLLEGE OF SPORTS MEDICINE

the:

NATIONAL STRENGTH CONDITIONING ASSOCIATION

and the:

AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EXERCISE

Your Personal Fitness Plan will include a weight training program, a Cardiovascular plan, Stretching Guidelines, Target Heart Rate guidelines, frequency, mode, ands intensity recommendation based on your current fitness level, health, and goals. 

Motivation is the key to success - if you aren't having fun it WON"T WORK!  Get help designing a FUN program you'll WANT to continue!
