With the CUSTOM Success program you get all of the following:

Custom cardiovascular training program designed specifically for you 

Custom strength training program designed specifically for you (includes direction on type of exercise, resistance amount, frequency, number of reps, number of sets, and rest time). Program includes upper body workouts, lower body workout and abdominal exercises. Receive a new workout plan every other week.

Custom meal plan design (includes review of food diary, suggesstions for caloric, protein, carb, and fat calorie intake).  Receicve a new meal plan every week.

This is a program for anyone who wants a comprehensive cardiovascular and strength training program customized just for them.  The customized program is based on your individual fitness level, goals, experience, available time, workout likes/dislikes and available equipment. The personalized program includes guidance, accountability and direction on exercise type, frequency and duration.

Custom strength training program (includes direction on type of exercise move, resistance size, frequency, number of reps, number of sets, and rest time).  Receive new workout options monthly.

Custom stretch workout program. Program is designed to be usable for 4 whole weeks.
